Who We Are

SilverPress is an independent publisher of digital educational guides. Our flagship product, Affordable Housing Fast-Track, helps individuals and families navigate affordable housing programs in the United States. This policy explains how we handle your information when you visit our site or purchase from us.

What We Collect

We keep this simple. Here is the information we may receive:

• Email address — provided when you purchase a guide or sign up for updates.
• Purchase information — your order details (product purchased, date, amount) processed through Gumroad. We do not see or store your credit card number.
• Name — if you provide it during checkout or when contacting us.
• Messages you send us — any emails or support requests you submit directly.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or analytics platforms that build profiles on you.

How We Use It

Your information is used for exactly three things:

• Delivering your purchase — sending you the guide and any bonus materials you paid for.
• Product updates — letting you know when a guide you purchased has been significantly revised or expanded.
• Customer support — responding to your questions or requests.

We will not email you promotions unrelated to what you bought without your explicit opt-in.

Third Parties We Work With

We use a small number of trusted services to run this business:

• Gumroad — our payment processor and digital delivery platform. When you purchase, Gumroad handles the transaction and securely delivers your files. Their privacy policy is available at gumroad.com/privacy.
• Gmail / Google Workspace — used for customer support replies and product delivery emails. Google's privacy policy applies to emails sent through their service.

That is it. We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, CRM platforms, or any other services that receive your personal data.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for their marketing purposes. Full stop.

Your Rights

You are in control of your information:

• Unsubscribe anytime — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.
• Request deletion — email us and we will delete your information from our records within 30 days.
• Request a copy — you can ask us what data we hold about you and we'll tell you.

These rights apply regardless of where you live. We do not require you to cite a specific law to exercise them.

Data Security

We rely on Gumroad's infrastructure for payment and file delivery, which is PCI-compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. Customer support emails are handled through Google Workspace. We do not maintain our own database of payment information.

Children's Privacy

Our guides are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not change the policy in ways that reduce your rights without notifying existing customers by email.
