Purchasing a product transfers no ownership rights. You own your copy of the file; you do not own the content itself. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
After 30 days, refunds will not be issued. Refund requests made after the 30-day window, or requests that appear to be made in bad faith (e.g., claiming a refund after substantial use of the material), are at our sole discretion to approve or decline.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
